Sourdough Buttermilk Biscuits – Traditional sourdough starter blended with buttermilk, whole and unbleached wheat flour with just a touch of sugar and salt. Baked and served warm.
Cowboy Beans- Slow simmered pinto beans with Coconut Oil, Salt, Garlic, Chili powder & Cumin
Potatoes – Dutch oven roasted with coconut oil, onions, salt, pepper & garlic
Natural Roast Beef – Free range, grass fed natural beef with no hormones or antibiotics, our beef is hand rubbed with an award winning blend of Ground Pepper, Salt, Onion Powder, Savory, Garlic Powder, Chili, Mustard & Cayenne then slow roasted in a Romertopf (clay pot) with condiments of Homemade BBQ sauce and au jus

The ingredients in our restaurant are all natural and unprocessed; you can actually pronounce all of the names.
We are happy to provide complimentary meals for the Driver & Escort for groups of 25 or more. As a provider of meals and entertainment for groups we have a minimum charge of $550 for all bookings.
Reservations must be confirmed by the guide, who must provide his or her phone number, at least 48 hours – 2 days - prior to their scheduled time, either via email: email@example.com or phone 435-689-0706.
Groups that fail to confirm will be removed from the schedule.
