Chuckwagon Cookout Grub and Entertainment

The Chuckwagon Cookout has been serving the best Chuckwagon dinners for over 20 years. Thanks to our audience participation show, How The West Was Lost, we’ve been serving up this great food with a healthy dose of pure unadulterated fun.

At the Chuckwagon Cookout we’ve changed with the times, returning to traditional frontier recipes with some modern twists.  We use only coconut oil in preparing our potatoes, beans and cobbler, only gluten free ingredients in all our sauces and gravies and only natural spices for the Roast Beef that are gluten, MSG & soy free.  Our beef is slow cooked in German Clay pots to retain flavor and moisture in a natural and safe cooking vessel. We even have a Natural Beef option for select tours. We serve Micro brew on tap, bottled beer and house Cabernet and Chablis.

In our restaurant you can actually pronounce all of the ingredients. They’re all natural and unprocessed.

The Chuckwagon is on the grounds of the Little Hollywood Movie Museum so we’re more than food & entertainment. We’re also a cultural destination where you will learn a little something about Kanab became Little Hollywood. We have Real sets from the Reel West.
